Garden Veggie Egg Salad

Today’s lunch:

4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 broccoli florets, chopped1/4 carrot, shredded with potato peeler
1/4 large cucumber, chopped
3 tbsps olive oil mayo
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
salt, pepper dill to taste

Served with leftover veggies that didn’t make it in the salad 🙂 and fruit juice.
