I used a bottled teriyaki sauce, and used onion powder instead of garlic powder. Baked at 450 for about 10 minutes. Served with brown rice simmered in a bit of soy sauce, teriyaki, onion powder, ginger, and mustard, and yellow squash with cheddar cheese.
Even the toddler liked it, and the hubby who doesn’t really like fish much. Yay me!
